Admission Regulations

We seek your understanding that IFFS is a Trade (business-to-business) event and conditions of entry apply.

Who can attend?

Entry is restricted to bona fide members of furniture, decor, hospitality, woodworking & soft furnishings industries and over the age of 16.

These include Retailers, Designers, Decorators, Architects and relevant buyers from Hotels, Restaurants, Healthcare, Aged Care, Government Agencies, Educators, Real Estate & Building and Construction sectors.

Those not involved in the relevant industries will not be eligible for admission. The Organiser reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to non-approved person(s) at their sole discretion.

Selling or promotion of products/services to exhibitors is NOT permitted throughout the exhibition period.

No photography or sketching is allowed within the exhibition halls. Visitors failing to abide will be asked to leave the venue.

Dress Code

Proper business attire is expected and should be adhered to at all times.

Visitors in any of the following attires will be denied entry into the exhibition halls:

  • Shorts/Bermudas
  • Singlets/Sleeveless Shirts/Sleeveless T-shirts
  • Slippers/Flip-Flops
  • Sandals/Sports Sandals
  • Peep-toed shoes/uncovered Footwear (for gentlemen)
  • Peep-toed shoes/uncovered Footwear without heels (for ladies)

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission, without prejudice, to visitors who are deemed to be inappropriately dressed.
